BOMMA presents its new 2021 catalog, with a series of fascinating photographs and videos. BOMMA’s hand-blown crystal lights were displayed in the interiors of two significant buildings in the Czech Republic – the newly reconstructed functionalist Tomáš Baťa monument in Zlín and the church of Blessed Maria Restituta Kafka in Brno. BOMMA thus continues the concept from its first catalog that was photographed in the interiors of the Czech Embassy in Berlin, an architecturally significant brutalist building designed by the Machonins.
To create this visual presentation, BOMMA collaborated with Luboš Rezler, a leading young director in the Czech film scene and Filip Marek, a talented cameraman who is also the author of the photography. Their short videos and dreamy photographs capture the strong emotion that crystal lighting brings forth in architecturally significant buildings.
