Apartment reconstruction in Prague, Czech republic

Phenomena luminaire as the centrepiece of an ambient interior.

Atelier 111 generously opened up the layout of an apartment in an early 20th century tenement house. By removing excess partitions, an airy transparency was created across the lounge, kitchen and dining room, where the Phenomena luminaire floats as a central element. The smoky hue of this pendant luminaire was achieved through a unique artisanal process that creates a deliberate colour gradient by gradually hand-blowing glass into bespoke moulds.
